The Oklahoma State University College of Arts & Sciences announced the creation of a new endowed faculty chair, the Dean and Carol Stringer Endowed Chair in American Literature. The chair is made possible by a recent $1 million gift from Dean Stringer. This is on top of a previous $1 million gift from Stringer in 2013 to create the Dean Stringer Endowed Chair in Political Science.
