Fifteen Oklahoma State University students advanced to the 2015 National Trumpet Competition, to be held March 19-21 at Messiah College in Arlington, Va. 

Both OSU trumpet ensembles, Small and Large Ensemble Divisions, were semi-finalists and OSU will be one of the few schools to have multiple school ensembles in the national competition.  In the solo divisions, undergraduates Cleon Chai, Nick Doutrich, and Natalie Upton will represent OSU while Randall Self and Lorenzo Diaz will compete in the graduate division. 

In all, OSU will have students represented in five divisions.
