A popular comic strip gets an unauthorized parody treatment as the characters become teenagers with issues in the OSU Theatre Council’s presentation of “Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead” with performances Thursday through Saturday, Jan. 16-18, at 7:30 p.m. and a matinee on Sunday, Jan. 19, at 2 :30 p.m. in Jerry Davis Studio Theatre in Gundersen Hall.

 The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) recently elected Oklahoma State University Regents Professor of Botany Dr. David Meinke as a 2013 AAAS Fellow. He is the first Arts and Sciences faculty member in the Biological Sciences to be named a Fellow of the AAAS.

Dr. Wouter Hoff, professor of microbiology and molecular genetics at Oklahoma State University, has been elected a Fellow of the American Physical Society.  This distinction is limited to no more than 0.5 percent of the society’s nearly 50,000 members and represents recognition by one's own peers of outstanding contributions to physics.
