A Geography degree is designed to prepare you for a complex and constantly changing future. Through traditional topics such as political, urban, and economic geography, you gain an understanding of the structure of our global society. Courses on unique topics such as geography of sport, outdoor recreation, and global environmental change provide you with the skills and tools to succeed in your career.

Minor

The minor in Geography provides you with an opportunity to explore topics of interest from an international and geographic perspective, and is an excellent complement to a variety of degree programs such as Political Science, Sociology, Natural Resource and Environmental Management, International Business, Global Studies, History, Economics, and Geology, among others. The minor is designed to be completed in conjunction with general education degree requirements.
