The OSU Concert Chorale will present its concert season finale, dubbed “Eclipse,” at the Seretean Center for the Performing Arts on Tuesday, April 14, at 7:30 p.m.
“Eclipse will feature stark contrasts of color on works, such as "Burst of Applause" and "Triptych" by O'Regan, "Abendlied" by Rheinberger, and even a jazz piece or two,” said Dr. Z. Randall Stroope, chorale conductor and director of choral and vocal studies at OSU. “We invite you to join us for fast-pace program that will be our final concert of the academic year.”
Featured works for the concert will also include a composition by Stroope and one from Andrew Steffen, graduate conductor and winner of the 2014 ACDA Raymond W. Brock Student Composition Competition.
Tickets for the performance are available in the Music Department office, room 123 in the Seretean Center or online at http://marketplace.okstate.edu. General Admission tickets are $8, students and senior citizens are $6.
