Donovan Potts was born and raised in central Illinois. He earned a journalism degree at the University of Missouri. Potts worked in television news for 12 years in Illinois, Oklahoma City, Kansas City and St. Louis before moving to Portland, Oregon, and working as a multimedia producer for online courses. He really enjoys working in a college setting because of the value placed upon finding and sharing knowledge. In his free time, Potts enjoys taking pictures with his collection of vintage camera’s and reading.
