31 BOONE PICKENS SCHOOL OF GEOLOGY Tech Fest 2023 Camelia Knapp I would like to thank Autumn Graf, the AAPG Student Chapter President for coordinating the activities for TechFest. I also want to thank all the other 6 student organizations, including AWG, SEG, AIPG, GGSA, OSUGS, and Cowboy Energy. TechFest had two main sponsors, OERB (Oklahoma Oil and Natural Gas) and ConocoPhillips. We had 20 student poster presentations by students from four states. We had student presenters from Oklahoma State University, Texas A&M University- Kingsville, Baylor University, Rose State College, Louisiana State University, Midwestern State University, University of Texas at Dallas, and Arkansas Tech University. In addition, we had a multi-student poster presentation from Owasso High School. Mr. Bob Stewart, retired from ExxonMobil, gave an outstanding keynote talk on sequence stratigraphy.
