HONORING OUTSTANDING ALUMNI Each year, the College of Arts and Sciences at Oklahoma State University recognizes remarkable alumni whose accomplishments and service are tangible evidence of their distinction. Honors are separated into three categories: Rising Stars, Distinguished Alumni and Hall of Fame. The annual celebration of these CAS graduates will be held in September on OSU-Stillwater’s campus. For more information about CAS alumni honors, visit okla.st/cas-hof. RISING STARS Recipients of the Rising Star award are alumni who have graduated with their CAS undergraduate or graduate degree within the past 10 years. In addition to already reaching major career milestones, Rising Stars have shown exemplary community service and a commitment to volunteerism. DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI CAS Distinguished Alumni stand out among their peers, bringing distinction to OSU through extraordinary achievements in their fields of discipline and distinguished records of service. These individuals are chosen annually by representatives from each CAS department. HALL OF FAME CAS Hall of Fame inductees embody the qualities that make OSU an extraordinary place to learn and grow. Honorees are nominated by their departments for achieving exceptional success in their careers, displaying their communities and showing great loyalty to their alma mater.
